Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every Escape Sameness brand is a final sale, sold as is. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Here’s why. Each brand is exclusive and sold only once. The moment you check out, the brand is removed from the collection, the complete files are delivered to you instantly and the domain is reserved for you. A delivered brand can’t be “returned” — its files can’t be un-downloaded, and it can never be offered to anyone else again.

Before you buy

Please review the brand page carefully, including the package contents, typefaces and the trademark screening note. If you have any questions, write to us at hello@escapesameness.com before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

What is not eligible for a refund

  • Changing your mind, or deciding not to use the brand.
  • Your business plans changing or the business not launching.
  • Trademark conflicts or objections discovered after purchase. Our screening is periodic and is not legal clearance; checking availability before launch is the buyer’s responsibility, as explained in the Purchase Agreement.
  • Delays caused by registrar rules, such as a domain transfer lock.
  • Typeface licensing costs, if a specified typeface requires a license.

The only exceptions

We will issue a full refund only if:

  • The brand was already sold. If someone completed their purchase moments before you, we refund your payment in full automatically.
  • We can’t deliver. If we are unable to deliver the brand files or transfer the domain as described, and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we will refund you in full.
  • A refund is required by law.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, damaged or doesn’t match what was listed, contact us at hello@escapesameness.com and we’ll replace it promptly.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we’ll respond quickly. Opening a payment dispute does not suspend the transfer of rights; if a dispute is decided in your favor, the rights to the brand and the domain revert to Pill Creative Studio LLC.

Custom projects

Custom brands, websites and assets are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in the proposal or agreement for that project.
